Solutions
We catch it. We text you. It gets fixed.
The install is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of it.
We are a data company and a service company. We design, order, build and install the sensor network — and then we keep showing up: on your floor, with your team, every month, turning readings into work orders and work orders into savings.

Two ways this pays for itself.
Visibility first, because it is the half nobody else is metering. Return second, because it is the half that pays for the first.
Production & process visibility
Silo and material levels. Vibration. Product temperature. Compressor and cooling-tower health. Predictive maintenance. This is the half that’s growing fastest — because it’s the half nobody else is metering.
- Silo & Material LevelSomeone is still climbing the silo to check.
- VibrationA bearing changes its signature weeks before it seizes.
- Predictive MaintenanceUnplanned downtime runs $10,000+/hour at most plants.
- Temperature & HumidityThe 6 a.m. round takes 31 minutes — or 0 from your desk.
- Process MonitoringA hunch is not something you can act on. Data is.
Utility & overhead reduction
Water, electricity, natural gas and compressed air, metered permanently and priced. This is the half that pays back first.
The word “Environmental” is in our name because we started with utilities. It is not the limit of what we meter.
Every litre and kilowatt you stop wasting is also an emissions number you can defend — measured, not estimated.
Which of these matters most depends on what you make — see it by sector
Every money fact below is quoted from §D.7 and carries [TOM-REVIEW] before launch — §K.2 #15. All nine live in one file, so that is one review, not two.

Permanent sensors on every meter and sub-meter.
We install wireless sensors and connect existing equipment, including legacy machinery decades old, into a single dashboard that gives your team live data on water use, energy consumption, and production performance. No more manual readings. No more discovering a problem on last month’s bill.
- Every major consumer sub-metered, not just the utility’s revenue meter
- Installed without shutting down the line, for most sensors
- Alerts by SMS or email the moment something goes out of range

Know it.
The moment someone goes quiet.
When I sit down with a client team and we open up the live data for the first time, there’s always a moment. Someone goes quiet, then says, “Wait — that shouldn’t be doing that.”
One reading gives you a number. A week of readings gives you a habit. The warm block at 03:00 beside this is not a shift that ran late — it is on all seven rows, Sunday included, which makes it a schedule nobody has looked at since commissioning. And a schedule is a work order.
It is also what replaces the annual walk-through. A report is true on the day it is written; a meter is true every minute. When you need a water balance — every source, every end use, and everything unaccounted for — we build it from the meters rather than from a clipboard and a week of estimates, and it stays current afterwards.

Fix it.
We’re not just a data company.
We’re not just a data digital company. We’re on site, working with your team to actually implement these solutions as well.
The relationship is an annual contract, and we work with your team monthly. Not a quarterly report and an invoice — a standing session where we go through what the meters found, agree what is worth fixing, and check what the last fix actually did.
That is deliberate. The install is the cheap part. The savings come from someone reading the data every month and caring what it says, and for the first year at least, that someone is usually us — sitting beside whoever it will be afterwards.
- An annual contract, and a monthly working session with your team.
- On your floor — from the 3:00 a.m. sanitation team to the C-suite.
- Findings ranked by payback, with the arithmetic shown.
- Every fix verified against the same meter that found it.
- Your data stays yours, and you can export all of it.
H6 — no pricing philosophy is current or publishable, so this section describes the RELATIONSHIP, which is service description and not price. The one price line on the site is on the ROI page (H5).
We build on what you have.
And we respect existing investments. E&H meters, existing PLCs with 4-20mA outputs, legacy SCADA — we integrate it. We don’t rip things out. We build on what you have.

If we can instrument a 100-year-old press, we can instrument anything.
Read how a 1970s boiler came onto the dashboard
Hover or focus any source to trace its path and read how it connects. The dedicated legacy case study named in C6 — Polycorp’s century-old presses — is tagged but not fleshed at launch (§F.1 tail, [TOM-REVIEW]); the illustrative 1970s-boiler study linked below carries the same integration method, 4-20 mA, and is ribboned as illustrative.
Our process: proposal to live dashboard.
Six steps. The first one costs nothing, and the last one never really ends.
- 01
Site walk
No cost, usually half a day.
- 02
Proposal
Fixed cost, no surprises.
- 03
Hardware
Sourced, configured, tested before shipping.
- 04
Installation
One to two days, no shutdowns for most sensors.
- 05
Dashboard setup
Built around your plant, your lines and your shifts.
- 06
Go live
Then the monthly review starts, and it does not stop.
We’re not a vendor. We’re a partner for the long run.
It starts with a site walk.
No charge, no obligation. Dave or a member of our team comes to your facility and spends a few hours walking your floor. At the end of that walk, we’ll tell you honestly: here’s what we see, here’s what we’d recommend, and here’s what the return looks like.
